Refund Policy:

We will be happy to exchange any item(s)  that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

• Items returned because they are damaged or defective

We will refund the cost of the item + delivery charges + returned postage incurred by you (if applicable).

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will check the damaged/defective item. If we are unable to find the damage/defect, we reserve the right to refund only the cost of the item minus the returned postage cost incurred by us from the refund amount.

13.1. Shipping is possible only in India

·         Visitors can access www.kidstudiostore.com from anywhere in the world. Shipping (Delivery of the products) is possible only in India i.e. customer can purchase products from Newyork (USA) can ship products to Delhi (India).

·         Your orders will be delivered within two working days i.e. weekends and public holidays will not be considered as working days. This is valid for only major cities and towns in India.

 Payment Policy:

Apart from online payment service, Kidstudiostore.com is happy to provide a new payment mechanism to our customers. You can now purchase the products and pay for it by cash on delivery. The payment will be collected by us from the shipping address provided by you while after placing the order at www.kidstudiostore.com.

How Cash On Delivery Works?

Kidstudiostore.com carryout a COD validation Process in which we call customers to check for their availability and payment. We conduct only two attempts for delivery of order and collecting payment. The order is returned back to Kidstudiostore.com in case of unavailability.
